This is to deter traders from exploiting the situation.<\/p>\n<p>If the public keep complaining about it among themselves, but fail to bring it up to the attention of MDTCC, there will be no outcome from it, he added.<\/p>\n<p>When the public reports of such incidents to MDTCC, MDTCC will first investigate and if the complaint is genuine, they will take the necessary action.<\/p>\n<p>The public can forward their complaints to MDTCC through three ways:-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Contact MDTCC hotline at 1800-886-800,<\/li>\n<li>Forward their complaints via MDTCC\u2019s mobile application MyKira, or<\/li>\n<li>Use Ez-ADU app, which allows consumers to lodge a complaint through Whatsapp.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>[<a
