{"id":56772,"date":"2023-06-30T15:42:44","date_gmt":"2023-06-30T07:42:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wordpress-my-161844363.ap-southeast-1.elb.amazonaws.com\/articles\/?p=56772"},"modified":"2024-02-06T11:59:58","modified_gmt":"2024-02-06T03:59:58","slug":"ebelia-rahmah-rm200","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.imoney.my\/articles\/ebelia-rahmah-rm200","title":{"rendered":"How To Download And Use The RM200 eBeliaRahmah e-Wallet Credit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Starting 26 June 2023, youths aged between 18 and 20 years old or full-time students at a higher education institute have started registering to receive RM200 worth of e-wallet credit under the government&#8217;s eBelia Rahmah program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/imoney.my\/articles\/highlights-budget-2023-retabling\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener dofollow noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Budget 2023<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the government has allocated RM400 million for the eBelia Rahmah program, which seeks to benefit up to 2 million eligible youths.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Besides aiming to continue to foster a culture of cashless payments among the youth, this also somewhat eases their financial burden. In addition, this is also an increase in e-cash credit offers compared to the RM150 from last year,&#8221; said YAB Dato&#8217; Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Malaysia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eligible Malaysians can start registering to receive RM200 in a one-off payment of e-cash credit with one of the three leading e-wallet service providers, namely Boost, Setel and Touch &#8216;n Go.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to the RM200 assistance in the form of e-cash credit from the government, the e-wallet service providers involved will also provide additional incentives in the form of vouchers, cashback or reward points discounts throughout the programme period.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eligibility\"><\/span><b>Eligibility<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mof.gov.my\/portal\/ms\/berita\/siaran-media\/peruntukan-rm400-juta-ebeliarahmah-bakal-manfaat-2-juta-belia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener dofollow noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">eligibility requirements<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Malaysian; credit claim<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The eBelia Rahmah credit application can only be made once per eligible applicant, starting at <\/span><b>8.00am, 26 June 2023 until 11.59pm, 22 August 2023<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the credit has been successfully redeemed, it must be spent by <\/span><b>11.59pm, 31 August 2023<\/b> <b>at the latest<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After this deadline, the remaining unused eBelia Rahmah credit will automatically expire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The incentives offered by e-wallet service providers depend on their respective policies.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How-to-claim-eBelia-Rahmah\"><\/span><b>How to claim eBelia Rahmah<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The e-wallet service providers involved in this programme are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boost<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setel<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Touch &#8216;n Go\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New users can redeem RM200 eBelia Rahmah credit by downloading one of the following e-wallet platforms from the Apple Store, Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The verification process for new and existing users can be done through participating e-wallet service providers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Step 1:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Download the participating e-wallet application from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Step 2:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> For new or existing users, follow the instructions provided in the e-wallet application.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Step 3:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The e-wallet service provider will verify your identity electronically through eKYC (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Electronic Know-Your-Customer digital identity verification).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Step 4:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In the e-wallet application of your choice, enter the information you need on the eBelia Rahmah claim page and press &#8220;Submit&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Step 5:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> You will be notified of the status of your claim within 3 days. <\/span><b>Eligible beneficiaries can claim eBelia Rahmah credit from 1 e-wallet service provider only<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
