{"id":58864,"date":"2023-09-27T15:56:03","date_gmt":"2023-09-27T07:56:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wordpress-my-161844363.ap-southeast-1.elb.amazonaws.com\/articles\/?p=58864"},"modified":"2023-09-27T15:56:03","modified_gmt":"2023-09-27T07:56:03","slug":"gardenia-price-hike-products","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.imoney.my\/articles\/gardenia-price-hike-products","title":{"rendered":"Gardenia Increases Prices On Selected Products"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gardenia Bakeries (KL) Sdn Bhd (Gardenia KL) has recently made an announcement that confirmed an increase of prices of selected products beginning 1 October 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to a statement that was released to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bharian.com.my\/bisnes\/korporat\/2023\/09\/1157548\/gardenia-naikkan-harga-beberapa-produknya-bermula-1-oktober\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Berita Harian<\/a>, the major bread manufacturer will continue to retain the existing prices for its range of white bread, whole wheat and Toast&#8217;em products in order to not lay an extensive burden on its existing customer base.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The products that will undergo a price review next month include Gardenia NuMee, Gardenia Fluffy Buns, Gardenia Puazz!, Gardenia QuickBites, Gardenia Double Choc Muffins, Gardenia Twiggies and Gardenia Squiggles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In September last year, Gardenia increased the prices of its loaves, spreads and other products, attributing said price increase to the impact of inflation on raw materials.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gardenia has not yet released a reason as to why there is another price hike this year. Here are the new prices for some of Gardenia\u2019s products:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gardenia Fluffy Buns 280gm &#8211; RM4.20 (up 67 sen)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gardenia Puazz! 90gm &#8211; RM2.60 (up 52 sen)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gardenia Quickbites 50gm &#8211; RM1.20 (up 20 sen)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gardenia Double Choc Muffins 70gm &#8211; RM2.30 (up 42 sen)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gardenia Twiggies 76gm &#8211; RM2.10 (up 36 sen)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gardenia Squiggles 50gm
