For those who are unaware, the list consists of companies and websites that are neither authorised nor approved under the relevant laws and regulations administered by BNM.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do keep in mind that this is not an exhaustive list. Instead, it should be used as a guide by members of the public in order to make informed and secure decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The six new entities that were added to the list include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emar Markets<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HF Markets and HF Markets (SV) Pty Ltd<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AVAPartner and AVATrade<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">JustMarkets<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Etoro Investment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I Investment 254<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The central bank also mentions that the subsequent removal or absence of an entity or scheme from the list does not necessarily mean that said entity has been licensed or regulated by BNM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The latest updates on Najmuldin Exchanger, FBS Malaysia and MIDF Investment Scheme are also available in the Financial Consumer Alert list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BNM\u2019s Financial Consumer Alert List will be updated regularly for the public\u2019s reference.
