Lazada, one of the most popular shopping platforms in Malaysia and South East Asia has updated their returns and refunds policy.\u00a0 They now accept a variety of reasons, including \u2018change of mind\u2019 returns.<\/p>\n

\u2018Change of mind\u2019 returns, as the name suggests are returns where the customers changed their mind on the purchase, and no longer wants the item.<\/p>\n

According to a Bernama<\/a> report, Lazada stated that customers can now enjoy a variety of benefits, including a 30-day simple return policy for all purchases in LazMall and Choice, and a change of mind return policy for selected purchases.<\/p>\n

Lazada also stated that their customers will enjoy faster refunds from the refund process, as soon as their orders are returned to Lazada\u2019s logistics partners.<\/p>\n
